All donations made to The Voice of Stray Dogs (VOSD) directly support India’s largest no-kill sanctuary and hospital, caring for over 10,000 rescued dogs. Your contribution helps save dogs suffering from abuse, accidents, illness, and abandonment, and gives them a chance at a safe, dignified life.

Terms of Use (Donations)

These terms apply to donations made through https://vosd.in.

The website is owned and operated by The Voice of Stray Dogs (VOSD), a registered non-profit trust in Karnataka, India.
By making a donation, you agree to these terms and related policies.
VOSD may update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of making donations under applicable Indian laws.

Donations

All donations are voluntary contributions toward VOSD campaigns and rescue efforts.
Donations are not purchases of goods or services.
Funds are allocated based on rescue priorities and operational needs.
Specific outcomes or individual animal support are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
VOSD does not store credit/debit card, UPI, or banking information.
All donations are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
VOSD is not responsible for payment gateway failures or delays beyond its control.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable as funds are immediately used for rescue and care.
In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, contact info@vosd.in within 7 days.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable time.

Tax Exemption

Donation receipts may be issued where applicable. Tax exemption eligibility (such as under Section 80G) is subject to prevailing Indian tax laws and donor compliance.

Limitation of Liability

VOSD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to donations or website use.
Any liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount donated.

Privacy Policy

Information Collection

We collect basic donor information such as name, email, phone number, and address for processing donations and communication. Payment details are handled securely by payment gateways and are not stored by VOSD.

SSL encryption and secure servers are used.
Sensitive financial information is never stored on VOSD servers.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All donations and disputes are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
