✅ Feeding stray dogs is legal backed by the Supreme Court and Article 51A(g) of the Constitution.
✅ The municipality must give a safe place to feed as stated in Rule 20 of the ABC Rules.
✅ No one can stop or harass you, it’s a punishable offence under BNS 2023.
✅ Feed responsibly — don’t block access, stay clean, and support ABC programs.
