Jaclyn Schiemann, who lives with achromatopsia, a rare eye condition causing legal blindness, has found new independence with her guide dog, Tyrus. Since receiving the yellow Labrador in June 2023 through Dogs Inc., Jaclyn has experienced a dramatic shift in her life. Previously hesitant to travel alone, she recently completed her first solo trip to Disney World and has since explored six national parks.
