Nagpur Tragedy: Stray Dogs Killed By Poison

In a tragic incident in Nagpur’s Zingabai Takli area, five stray dogs were poisoned to death, sparking outrage among residents and animal welfare activists. Authorities suspect the killings were deliberate and coordinated, possibly targeting stray dogs in the locality. A case has been registered at Mankapur police station, with postmortem reports pending to confirm the cause of death. This incident follows a series of brutal attacks on animals in Nagpur, including a case last month where a man inserted an iron rod into a dog’s head. Animal rights organizations are urging the administration to implement stronger protections for stray animals and stricter enforcement of animal cruelty laws.
