1. Mandatory Teleconsultation
   A call with the VOSD team to assess medical suitability.
2. Eligibility Checklist
   • Minimum 5-6 months of age
   • Not in heat
   • Not pregnant
   • At least one week post-vaccination
3. Advance Payment
   Required to secure a surgery slot.
4. Registration Form
   Age, breed, weight, and medical history must be provided.
